i just broke that same line replacing my cylinder head (removing head timing cover manifold etc. ) i could not get a wrench on it for the life of me so i snapped it it was in the way of a screw that goes into the timing cover for the Power Steering pump luckily auto zone or any other can get you the replacement i snapped the line and was able to put a socket and replace cost was $18.00 unfortunately your gonna have to remove the pulley with a puller sorry
