∙ 14y agoAll federal courts are part of the Judicial branch of the United States government, which the Supreme Court, as an institution, heads. The Chief Justice of the United States is the leader of the Supreme Court; however, he only has limited administrative responsibilities for specific lower courts.
All the justices, including the Chief Justice, have some administrative and supervisory responsibility for their allocated Circuit Courts, but there is no one whose sole job it is to oversee the entire Judicial branch.

The factor of homosexuality has been a roadblock in the relationship of Newt Gingrich and Kyle.
