Neanderthals likely engaged in activities such as cooking, socializing, making tools, and caring for their young before going to sleep. They may have also practiced rituals or burying their dead based on archaeological evidence found at their sites.
Eat, sleep, draw pictures, use tools, bury our dead, wear clothes, cook food, etc... There is even evidence that Neanderthals had some form of religion. they did
Yes, Neanderthals likely slept. While we do not have direct evidence of their sleeping habits, it is generally believed that they would have slept in a similar way to other hominins of their time, such as in shelters or caves, and for similar durations as modern humans.
Pretty much what you would do if you and a bunch of friends were dropped in the middle of prehistoric earth; make sure you had shelter for the night, keep an eye out for predators, find or collect water from a source, gather food and other resources your camp needed like wood, hunt for meat and fur, sleep, and spend time with one another to keep the stress of uncivilized life from getting to you all. All of the above takes a lot more time (enough to fill the whole day) when is just you and your own ingenuity.
In a cave. Seriously, if its called a caveman where else would he sleep?
It is generally recommended to sleep with your head towards the north or east for better health and stability. Sleeping in these directions is believed to align your body's magnetic field with the Earth's magnetic field, promoting better sleep quality and overall well-being.
It could be that or probably that is what your conscience was thinking about before going to sleep, which made you dream of him/her.
No.
There are many techniques a person can follow to get better sleep. These include reading before going to sleep, not watching screens and taking a bath before going to bed.
Yes, some people claim that exercising before going to bed affects their sleep, but studies made do not report any evidence to confirm that. These studies show that excercise before going to bed does not affect sleep.
Depends on the person
No you are not.
it is said when a baby is born and before going to sleep
Smokers are Jokers!

It is not the going over it that helps so much. But when you study or do homework and then you go to sleep, it is the sleep that helps you remember it because when you are unconcious (asleep) your mind can work on sorting everything out that happend during the day. If anything you should study or do your homework then go to bed, then in the morning to a quick review of it. That always helped me in school.
Not exactly. But it can, since a person is going to sleep, lead to some digestion probelsm which result in bloating. A good rule of thumb to follow is to not eat 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
