It is an option on cars sold in the far north. If it has one there will be an electrical wire near the front of the car you plug into a 120 volt outlet.

It is just below the head (top part of motor) in the cylinder block. Make sure the hole is clean of dirt and debris by blowing it out, then simply push the heater element in until it clicks, that's it! ...well then you should plug the cord in... but that's it I swear!
