The front wheel bearing is a sealed unit with the wheel hub - replace the hub and wheel bearing unit. Remove the four bolts from the rear of the steering knuckle that connect to the hub bearing unit.

I could be wrong, but I believe this vehicle uses a pressed in sealed bearing. If so, you remove the spindle from the vehicle, then use an arbor press to separate the hub, bearing and spindle, then to press them back together again. Assuming that you haven't got such a press handy, just remove the spindle complete with bearing and hub and drop it off along with the new bearing at your local machine shop.
you need to remove the entire steering knuckle and have a machine shop press out the hub and bearing for you.
Remove wheel then remove the big nut that holds the axle to the hub. Remove the brake caliper and rotor, through the hole in the face of the hub(where the wheel studs are) remove bolts that hold the hub and bearing to the steering knuckle. Tap hub and bearing assy from knuckle. The hub and bearing is one part.
THE BEARING ASSEMBLY IS NOT REMOVABLE FROM the hub. It's replaced as a unit.

The front bearing for a Dodge Stratus is attached to the Hub. To replace it remove all the components on the hub assembly. There are three bolts that hold the assembly in place. Loosen the bolts and pry out the hub. Replace the unit.
