Yes--it might hurt for a month or so. It is important to keep it very, very clean and to see a doctor at the first sign of infection (redness, swelling, fever).
my lip piercing is in the center of my lip and it never gets in the way of anything....lol i had the typical hoop on the side of my lip and it got in the way of EVERYTHING! and was just uncomfortable.
Labret can be used to describe any lip piercing but it's most commonly used to reer to center lower lip piercings. Labret post jewelry can be worn in any lip piercing and even ear piercings.
It depends on what kind of lip piercing you're talking about. For a labret piercing, it'd seriously affect the reed and make it impossible to play. Plus it'd hurt like hell. For a piercing on the side (snake bites, spider bites, a ring on the side) it would probably affect your embouchure, but it would likely still be possible to play.
Why? You never remove the jewellery in a fresh piercing to clean it, you clean the piercing and jewellery in place while in the shower, that should be more than enough. You can do damage to the new tissue trying to form by removing the jewellery, your written aftercare instructions should out line how to care for your new piercing.
yes it is bad but sometimes its not
yes
There is no piercing you will ever receive that will not hurt at least a little bit. That said, yes they do hurt and more so because they are on your upper lip. However, your desire for any piercing should override your fear of the pain.
I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.
Before you can change it out you should wait 3 to 5 days
well i am 13 yearsof age and when i got my piercing done (Madonna) it did not hurt, it made my eyes water . but that's about it. illl soon be gettin m,y tongue pierced. if my lip hurt then why would i get another piercing?? lol. oh well but no it doe not hurt
cause yer lip is prolly swollen. it will go down in a few days n it should b fineee.
Yes it is okay, 14 days after gettin it pierced... it should be okay one week after getting it done.
Definitely not
A lip piercing hurts more than a belly button piercing, but neither hurt much at all. Getting your lip feels like you accidentally bit it haha and you can barely feel a belly button piercing.
Whichever you want. I would get the lip piercing first. Its a bit easier to care for and you can learn before you try to handle an eyebrow piercing. Eyebrow piercings are surface piercings so you have to be really careful with them so that they don't reject. As long as you're comfortable with the risks of both, I wold get the lip piercing.
any body can get a lip piercing as long if its a unisex or male stud or jewelry
You should immediately seek medical attention for the wound incase of infection.
