Spark plugs not producing enough spark. Battery doesn't have enough charge. Old fuel.
You should be able to adjust the linkage on the tranny, any repair shop should be able to do this at a reasonable rate,or buy a Chilton repair manual,and do it yourself.Good luck ,toro2.
The oil filter on the 1998 MPV is on the side of the block. It screws on and is easily replaced.

Tap on your 1998 Mazda brake rotors with a hammer or mallet until they become loose. The brake rotors will simply slide off.
On my 1994 B3000 pickup it is located inside the frame under the drivers side door.
I don't have an answer to the question but i would also like to know how to have daylite running lights on my 98 b3000.
What does the solenoid control?
The starter solenoid on a 1998 Chevy 1500 is located on the starter. It is on the top with a positive cable connecting it to the starter.

The starter solenoid is on the starter. The transmission solenoids are in the solenoid pack on the front of the transmission.
Looking at the motor it is right behind the Exhaust. The Exhaust is above and below the starter and solenoid.
Not sure what pressure control solenoid is, could it be the fuel pressure regulator?
The B2500 Series Mazda pick-up has a 2.5 L engine. FYI: B2000 = 2.0 L; B2500 = 2.5 L; B3000 = 3.0 L; B4000 = 4.0 L.
The evap purge solenoid is located on the top of the engine. The evap vent solenoid is located in the rear drivers side wheel well, attached to the charcoal canister.
