The starter is usually located on the passenger side, under and to the rear of the engine where it bolts up to the flywheel housing. You will recognize it by the red cable and small wire that connect to it. Good luck
At the base of the engine you will find the starter.
The starter motor is located between the transmission and the engine which engages the starter clutch with the flywheel, which rotates and starts the engine.
Should be at the lower end of the engine follow the + battery cable
It should be in the engine compartment somewhere close to the battery. The easiest way to find it is to follow the positive (red) cable from the battery until it connects to the solenoid. The solenoid is not very big and also has one or two small wires connected to it besides the battery cable.
Then why did you replace a perfectly good starter? ALWAYS test old parts and know what you're doing BEFORE you start throwing new parts at a problem. Find out WHY it isn't starting. Does the starter engage and turn the engine? IF it does, then the starter is probably fine. If not, check the starter, battery, electrical connections, ignition switch and neutral safety switch. If the starter has ALWAYS engaged and turned the engine, you should not have changed the starter in the first place; instead, you should be finding out what's wrong.

I just changed mine last weekend. You need to get under the car. The starter is located on towards the back of the engine and bolts to the engine at the flywheel. If you are under the car, feet towards the front of the car, find the oil filter, look to the left and you will see the starter with one wire from the battery and one wire from the alternator. I found it much easier to remove the right wheel and splash guard to get access and put light on the starter.
You can put forced induction on almost any engine. You just have to find the kit that is right for you. If you cant, be prepared to do some of the plumbing yourself.
You can find in engine diagram, for your 2.8 liter Chevrolet engine, at most Chevrolet dealerships. The engine diagram can also be found at most auto-parts stores.
The 1991 Acura starter is located near the front of the engine, on the left-hand side. You will find the starter near the bottom of the engine.
