Check your netural safety switch. Losated on either the lower steering colum inside the car, or ont the transmission where the shift cable connects. The previous owner may have removed the bulb or it's blown.
Its at the back and below the engine.. to fill it pull the dipstick marked POWER STEERING which is at the back of the engine to the left of the airfilter box.. and add fluid to the level marks on the dipstick
The starter on a Chrysler 300 M is located on the lower part of the engine facing the passenger compartment. The starter will be near the left side of the engine.
