Check for loose or corroded battery cables
Check for a loose ground cable
that sounds like your starter motor isn't working, which would explain why there is no noise when you try to restart it
Yes, but only if you can crank engine at normal starter speed.
on the front of the motor under the front crank it has a plug going to the crank.
Headgasket or head may have gone bad and hydrolically locked the motor.
Replace the wiper motor assembly. Fairly easy on these-- take off the wiper arms, and the motor is under the hood above the motor. You may need a mirror to see it. Three bolts and the electrical connections later, you can trade it in with some money for a reman part. Better yet remove the cover, there will be a metal tab that is bent. it is the park tab. bend it back towards the stop lever on wiper arm crank.
It may be heating up too much. There is a sensor that shuts down the motor when it gets too hot to keep from damaging the motor.
on the harmonic balancer in the front of the motor it's a little window sensor
little cyrcle on cam gear, and a little cyrcle on crank gear. Cam cyrcle should be down and crank cyrcle should be up. They should line straight up and down?
The crank shaft sensor on a 1998 BMW 74Oil is located down near the crank on the front of a motor. It is super easy to replace but sometimes reaching the harness wire is a little bit difficult.
It does not have a crank sensor.
i think you're a little confused, the odometer is not supposed to turn when cranking the vehicle
NO, my god no
check the battery
Yes, driving a motor vehicle is a priviledge; thus, it can be taken away.
You have to get the mech crank and the motor.
