I have similar not exactly the same on a sedona diesel 07. Two scanner report NO CODE. Even I came with the check engine on to the shop. After research on the web found that not al OBDII are fully standar in Europe they use EOBD. Try find a EOBD code scanner, this would help I think. I Cant tell you exactly what your solution are but take my answer like and advice. In all my web reading the Galleto 1250 is the one I woul like to purchase to do it yourselve. Also Autotap is a good support companie you can ask chat online.
Hope this help
your transmission could be shot. if it will not shift at all, then you will need a new one.
if spedo dont work ether its a speed sensor
you dont have to but it makes it a lot easier.
maybe your transmission is going out or you dont have sufficent transmission fluid.
check the shift linkages for adjustment.there is also an actuator switch on side of transmission will prevent this. if those 2 checks dont fix the problem, your transmission is shot
i dont know!!! i need answer too...
They have a sealed transmission you dont have to fill it. The fluid should be changed around 100,000 and it has to be done by a dealer.
Manual transmissions dont use fluid, they use a kind of grease.
well there is a very scientific way of configuring it and is very simple i just dont know. (\_/) ('.' ) bunnies.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
go to the dealership & ask them , If they dont sell them . go to mopar they sell everything.
This problem could be the linkage in the transmission. The transmission could also be going out and would need replaced.
Its located on the driver side of the transmission behind the casing. You must drop the driver side of transmission along with engine. Dont do this unless you have someone with experience with you. Time consuming job.
