Unscrew the shift knob. squeeze the plastic underneath - there are 4 tabs holding it in; it will lift out. There are a few more sections that will come out similarly - your entire console will come out that way.

You have to remove the console cover. This starts with two screws in the console storage tray.
What about it? If you want to know where it is, remove the centre console from around the handbrake and its under there.
