To change the Transmission Fluid and filter on a Hyundai Tiburon, start by warming up the engine to thin the fluid, then turn it off and allow it to cool slightly. Place a drain pan under the transmission pan, remove the pan bolts, and carefully lower it to drain the old fluid. Replace the old filter with a new one, clean the pan, and reattach it with a new gasket. Finally, refill the transmission with the appropriate type and amount of fluid through the dipstick tube, ensuring the vehicle is level and checking the fluid level afterward.
