Swapping a Nissan V6 3.0 throttle body to a fuel-injected system typically involves replacing the carbureted throttle body with a compatible fuel-injection throttle body designed for the engine. This process requires the installation of fuel injectors, a new fuel rail, and possibly an updated engine management system to ensure proper fuel delivery and tuning. Additionally, modifications to the intake manifold and vacuum lines may be necessary to accommodate the new setup. Proper tuning is crucial to optimize performance and ensure reliability after the swap.
As long as the 350 is a fuel injected engine / TBI / Throttle Body Injection engine there is NO difference.
locate a LX-i engine for it
You have to have the computer for the throttle body carb and the fuel pump to match it good luck
No you can not, You will need the same year ECM.
no 84 and 85 swap out.
Vvl swap
The mount points are the same on the 1700 and the 2000, so that's not a worry. The only "headache" I can think of is you need the whole donor Bus, not just the engine--you'll have to swap the gas tank, for one thing no one would have thought of, because fuel injected vehicles return fuel to the tank.
i wouldn't swap it, the 87 is carbureated and the prelude is fuel injected, just put the same engine in. the 87 accord engine has less hp .
you will need to swap intakes too. or i think someone might make adapter plates for the throttle body but im not sure.
Yes they use different fuel mixtures and injector sizes
yes.
yes you can you just need to change over the intake manifold from a carburetor to the throttle body intake
