The earth's orbit will remain elliptical.
The earth is at its perihelion (closest to the sun) in Early January and at its aphelion (furthest) in early July. If the earth's orbit became circular and at an average distance from the sun, but the axial tilt remained the same, then the earth would be further away from the sun in the Northern winter. This could mean that the Seasons in the Northern hemisphere became more extreme. However, much would depend on how the oceanic and wind currents reacted.

∙ 7y agoVery little (the Earth's orbit is almost circular), but northern winters would be a few days longer (and slightly colder) while summer would be a few days shorter.

∙ 7y agoProbably not much. Specifically, the seasons are unrelated to the elliptical shape of Earth's orbit; they are caused by the inclination of Earth's axis.
