It can be a defective CVC-joint or other things. Have it inspected by a qualified mechanic and they will find the cause of the popping noise.
A bad axle will cause that sound
bad axle joint or ball joints and turn stops can make popping
your axle is coming off
If im right about the noise, its your cv joints. You can tell which one it is on hearing which side its coming from. Well I believe its coming from both sides.however i did change the passenger side cv axle but not the driver side.and it only does it when im making a u turn.
Will not move, shake on acceleration, or a popping noise during turns.
when you turn the wheel all the way to the left or right you here a popping noise when the car is rolling.
tHE AXLE BEARINGS THEM SELVES ARE WORE OUT YOU GOT TO THE BOOT TO LATE
It is likely to be your c-v joint coming apart. You can drive it until it slings all the grease out all over your undercarriage then breaks in half drive down a curving mountain road, or you can replace your axle.
It's probably a loose suspension or brake component and the axle assembly is shifting slightly when you hit the brakes. I'd have to hear it to be sure.
axle bearing or brakes or pinion bearing
Your Engine Mount and Tourqe Mount are bad.
A solid axle suspension is a type of suspension system where both wheels on an axle are connected together by a rigid beam or axle. This design helps to provide increased stability and strength, making it suitable for off-road vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. However, it can result in a harsher ride compared to independent suspension systems.
