Each layer in the sending device adds its own information to the message it receives from the above layer and sends it to the layer below it. At layer 1 the entire package is converted to a form to be transmitted to the receiving device.
On the receiving device side, the package is unwrapped layer to layer. Each layer removes data meaningful to it and sends the rest to the above layer and so on.

Network layer
Because Internet model uses less layer which would take less time for the data to pass through
The OSI Model stands for Open Systems Interconnection. The answer to the question which layer of the OSI model are layers capable of functioning is at all layers.
seven
Session layer
John Patterson knows
The Internet model consists of 4 layers: Application layer, Transport layer, Network layer, and Link layer. Each layer is responsible for specific functions in the process of sending data over the Internet.
Network layer
Transport layer and Network layer.
Physical, Data link and Network layers make the Network Support layers.
It tales all 7 layers of the OSI model!
file, printer, applications, and data base service

There are exactly four layers Application layer Trasport layer Internet layer similar to n/ w layer in OSI model N/w interface like data link layer. TCP/IP model doesnt have physical layer , presentation layer and session layers.
