It depends on your parents. When they think you are old enough, then you are old enough. Generally, when you can spell well enough and understand the basic concepts going on I would say you could get your first system. Around age 9 or so would be a good start, but sharing works too!
You can be any age to be on the computer. It's not a matter of how old you are it's the matter of if you can navigate from something to the next thing.
If you're talking about the internet then you need to be an age of 13 years old to legally own email accounts or a MySpace account. The law states that you must be at least 13 to give out information online without your parents' consent.
When you are old enough to understand the basics of what is going on with your computer. There are many games and programs for younger people. I bought my daughter her first laptop at about age 8 and she took great care of it.
Sharing a computer with the rest of the family works really well also!

It really depends on the computer model. I think what ur trying to ask is how long does the battery last, 6 to 8 hrs I think.
If Skype take a long time to load, it may be necessary to restart Skype. If that does not work, the computer should be restarted, and then Skype restarted.
I think school should have a computer lab. Also, sometimes you learn and sometimes you sneak onto other stuff on the computer
My Computer has done this before too. It means that your computer has been on for to long and is over heating, if you leave your computer on over night. Then what you should do is turn it off while you sleep, turn it off when you are not using it, and after downloading or adding things to your computer restart it. I hope I helped. =]

Each person is different as to how long they stay on the computer. Some people may only get on the computer for a hour while others can stay on the computer for up to 20 hours a day or longer.

You should not cut off communication with a teenager. You should try to understand the teen.
