go to open, print, print preview
The "Normal" view IS the 'print preview' view.
In Microsoft Word, the "Print" function provides a preview of the document along with options for printing. You can access it by selecting "File" and then "Print," which opens the Print menu. Here, you can see how the document will appear when printed and adjust settings such as the printer, number of copies, and page range before finalizing the print job.
If you're using Microsoft Word: Ctrl and F2 (whilst still pressing the Ctrl key). Alt - F - V will also work.
You can make different types of cards in Microsoft word. You can change the settings in Microsoft word to make the cards just the way you want them. When you are finished I would suggest going to print preview and making sure everything is perfect. Once you've made sure it's just the way you want it, go ahead and print it for free.
Print Preview
You could take a print screen and paste it on Microsoft Word and then print it.
Most (if not all) word processors have a print preview option that allows you to see what a document will look like when you print it. Also, I believe the box that pops up when you click print has a print preview choice.
