The only thing I can think of that would be DEIC would be a Dutch East India Company, which did produce coinage, but they didn't say DEIC but would have rather said VOC (short for the Dutch Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie) but I can't seem to find any coins bearing the legend DEIC. If you'd post a new question including some more details, it might be easier to narrow your coin down. Like what is on each side? What is it struck in? Gold? Silver? Copper?
