Unless you are super morbiddly obese, it is EXTREMLY dangerous to lose that much weight in a week. I'm not sure if you would die, but you would definatly become very sick. It is nearly imposible that someone who ISN"T morbidly obese would lose that much weight in a week anyway. It is healthiest to try to lose 1-2.5 pounds a week if you are overweight.

No. Outside of liposuction or losing a limb, it's extremely difficult to lose weight that quickly. Losing anywhere near 10 pounds a week would involve a Biggest Loser type weight loss regimen, involving both a carefully controlled diet and almost constant exercise, under the care of a doctor, personal trainer, and nutritionist. Obviously this is wildly impractical for nearly everyone.
Not to sound crude, but the only real way you can lose pounds in 20 mins is to go to the toilet, losing either water or other weight. An alternative to this is going to a casino in Britain. It'd be pretty easy to lose pounds quickly there :)

You cannot lose 20 pounds in one week by natural means. Some people can lose around 14 pounds in one week when fasting. Some of that 14 pounds would be water weight and some would be body fat. However, it's hard to fast and not advisable unless your nutritional status is good before fasting or unless it is done under medical supervision. .
