well u should try cleansin urself out by drinkin @least 10 glasses of water to get rid of water weight and excess waste a day for @least a week. then u shuld try eatin salads and fruit along side with excersie such as swimming, running, push-ups etc... u can also have healthy snacks like sunflower seeds and blueberries
