Losing weight is all about calories in and out; you have to burn up more calories than you are eating. For starters, eat smaller portions. Always eat breakfast. If you can, do some aerobic exercise first thing in the morning (40 mins) before you eat breakfast. Have a strong black coffee before the aerobic workout. Three times a week should be enough. Diet: Brown Bread and Brown rice are ok. Nuts and Fruit are good for snacking on. Eat plenty of meat, fish and chicken. Stay away from processed foods, and 'junk food'-Pizza, Burgers etc. You should throw in some weight training too-that way you will be able to eat more, but you won't gain 'fat'-don't worry about getting too big-you are in no danger of becoming a bodybuilder in a hurry!
