I'm not sure how much you would need to eat, but I want to warn you that it is extremely unhealthy to try to lose that much in only three days. The normal amount of healthy weight loss is one pound per week. I know that's disheartening, we all want to lose a few pounds. Just please don't do it at the expense of your health!
It depends entirely on how many calories you are putting into your body every week.
Depends how many calories you consume
Everybody should eat at least 14,000 calories a week
IF you want to loose a pound in a week the first thing you have tyo do is figure out your current calorie intake then you have to take out about 200 calories each day and over a week or so your body will adjust and you will start to lose weight.
Every week a person should take in 14,000 calories.
I would say somewhere around 1,200 if you want to loose roughly 2 pounds a week :)
it depends on her weight but im saying around 1500 if she wants to loose weight about a thousand but if she excersises 3 to 5 timez a week then she should be taking in 2000 calories
Assuming you mean how many calories you have to burn a day, it works like this: To lose one pound in a week, you have to burn 500 calories a day more than you take in. Adding exercise will help, even if it's something fun or easy such as dancing, swimming, bike riding, or walking.
There are 3500 calories in one pound. Cutting 500 calories a day would make you lose one pound each week.
It depends on how fast you walk, but studies show that at 2miles per hour you can loose between 500 and 1,000 calories.
One should eliminate about 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound each week.
You should eat healthy and well balanced diet and exercise daily. I exercise daily for 30 minutes and burn 350 calories per day. Also, I consume 400 calories less than the usual calorie intake. This way if you consume 3500 calories less per week, you will loose a pound.
