Fat in our food items can be of two types: saturated or unsaturated. There are also subtypes of unsaturated fats and are considered good for health when taken in limited amounts. Saturated fats however are not good for our health.

The two basic types of fats are 1) Saturated fat and 2) Trans fat. Avoid trans fat in your diet as it is proved that it is not very healthy for the body. Saturated fat in moderate quantity is not a problem. If diet has mono saturated and mono unsaturated types of fat, they are known as healthy fats when taken in small amounts.
It means the total amount of fat in the food. This is a compilation of all of the different types of fat (like unsaturated, trans, ect.).
Unsaturated fat means that it has not yet been saturated by carbon.
Because you get fat and get closer to pasting away.
The three main types of fat are saturated fat, unsaturated fat, and trans fat. Saturated fats are typically solid at room temperature and found in animal products; unsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature and mainly found in plants; trans fats are formed through hydrogenation and are commonly found in processed and fried foods.
There are two kinds of fat made by organisms. These are called visceral fat and subcutaneous fat. Visceral contains more unsaturated fats.
