Everyday for breakfast eat one or two eggs, for lunch eat a bag of lightly buttered popcorn, and for dinner eat a steak well-done and a salad with oil and vinegar dressing or a fat free dressing (try to stay away from Thousand Island, it is one of the most fattening). You should lose about a pound a day. Stay away from soda, flavored water or sugar free Kool-Aid is a good choice. Measure your carbs and servings, the maximum amount of carbs you should eat a day is 20 carbs. If you have to eat something sweet make sure it stays under your limit.
Eat healthy and exercise
