Try reducing sugar in your diet. I have found this to be a VERY effective way to lose weight fast.

Try and stick to natural foods which are unprocessed, and lay off Fruit for at least four weeks.

Milk and virtually all dairy products are good as long as they are not flavored.

Fish, chicken, all red meats, vegetables and most nuts are all fine.
