Pantothenic acid food sources:

Biotin food sources:
Cauliflower, egg yolks, peanuts, liver, chicken, yeast and mushrooms.
Pyridoxine food sources:
Include cereal grains and legumes, green and leafy vegetables, fish and shellfish, meat and poultry, nuts, liver and fruit.
Folate food sources:
These include green leafy vegetables, legumes, seeds, liver, poultry, eggs, cereals and citrus fruits
Cyanocobalamin food sources:
Liver, meat, milk, cheese and eggs, almost anything of animal origin.
