I bought it as a "Crankshaft Position Sensor'' but it`s referred as "RPM Sensor" It`s position is on TOP of the flywheel next to the engine. Directly UNDER the distributor cap and the camshaft sensor cover. I J077535

On a 1995 Volvo 940, the camshaft position sensor is located near the camshaft on the engine's cylinder head. Specifically, it is usually found on the driver's side, mounted to the top of the engine block, near the timing belt cover. Accessing it may require removing some engine covers or components, depending on the specific model configuration. Always refer to a repair manual for detailed instructions and safety precautions.
