If you haven't lifted weights before a month of doing so can really improve your muscular appearance.
There are many different weights. Have a look for a sticker on the passenger door post (UK) It will have the weights there. unladen and maximum weights etc. The average has an unladen weight of 2500kg
No, lifting weights does not make you look fat. In fact, it can help you build muscle and improve your overall body composition.
it depends on the number of days in each month because every month has a different amount of days so just look at the calender and look at the last numberd dates for 4 different months then add them up
When doing these look at what is being compared and how they are alike or different. The answer is a pup.
Try using a lighter amount of weights, and increase the amount of reps. Doing too heavy of a lift, with less lifts, can increase bulkiness.
If you are looking for strength 3 sets of 6 -8 reps, for a toner look go for 10 -12 BUT with lighter weights. do 3 days a week.
You can lift the right amount of weights to make yourself look more defined and toned without being too muscular.
Mainly do cardio to lose fat but maintain muscle, bare in mind that doing only cardio will eventually lead your body not doing enough resistance training and to much endurance so you get the long distance runner look and you muscle definition will deminish. So you need to add resistance to your cardio by doing weights. weights will tear muscle fibers and when you rest your body will make these torn fibers bigger and stronger to cope with the load your lifting, doing little weights (40% of what you can lift only once) but lots of reps (30-50+) give toned look were as heavy weights (70% of what you can lift only once) but little reps (about 8-15 reps) will build muscle. On a side note the more muscle you have the more energy you burn as it increases your motabolism, eat the right amount of protein to maintain your muscle growth too.
You won't get a six pack doing cardio. Look into weight lifting.
No he has a few more tattoos but otherwise looks the same
For a home gym you don't have to get fancy. You should look for a good piece of cardio equipment and ensure it is something you enjoy doing. Also look at free weights or a universal machine so that you can work on your strength training as well.
NO at first you look the excact same but probly 2 -3 days later you will look more tanned :)
