well first you have to have a certain amount of body fat, 10% I think. Once you attain that you would need to first build up some cardio to endure the hard physical work of getting abs. Once you have finished that step you would constantly need to do crunches, sit-ups, and all the other abdominal workouts. you would also need to watch what you eat, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
