Eat more carbs, proteins, veggies and fruit. DO NOT drink soda or eat any fried fast food. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Stay away from fatty foods and sugar. Do jumping jacks, press ups and skipping for 20 mins. Do 3 miles of running. Then do 20 reps of situps, crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises and bicycles. Increase the reps over time. You should have a six pack in 2 weeks. If you are fat, then do 40 mins of jumping jacks, etc.
