to loose 20lbs in a week you need to watch what you are eating and exercise a lot but i will say that loosing weigh is good to do it in little stages for example the quicker you loose weight the quicker you will again it but if you loose it in little stages then you are less likely to gain it back.

Well, for me I did exercise from when i woke up till when i went to sleep. Best possible way is running in the mornings for 4 or 3 hours then at home I would do stretches.
You cannot by any natural means lose 51 pounds in two weeks. It takes time to lose weight.

Not in a healthy manner, that's a pound a day! You didn't gain it in two weeks, don't expect to lose it in two weeks. A healthy diet and exercise is the safest route and should allow you to lose about 5 pounds in that time. You'd be amazed at how much of a difference that will make.
It is unlikely that you can do so safely. Ten pounds in two weeks is much more realistic.
