The track does not make you run faster.You need to keep training to become faster.Do this by running everyday or working your feet.Also,do not run in wet and damp places for safety reasons.

Run everyday. No Excuses. Exactly right^^ Run everyday and you'll be better endurance wise and speed wise. But sometimes in basketball when we're doing suciedes(Running up and down the court.) I run on my tipe-toes and that makes me run faster. But I don't do it for long so I don't know if it will hurt if you do do it long. But I wouldn't recommend it. Holla! Im out, Fierce and Love♥
