It also depends on your frame and how thick your bones are. And, it also depends on if it is muscle or fat. Plus, it depends on how much you exercise. The average 11 year old should exercise 1-2 hours each day. Doesn't matter if you walk or run, you need to have some sort of exercise. And no, sitting in front of the television and then getting up and running to get a snack is not a very good form of an exercise.
