Usually, if you just need to have a movement but are not feeling particularly impacted a serving of 7 sunsweet bite sized Prunes with a cup of hot tea or coffee will work in a few hours. If you are really bound up you might need to eat 7 more after about 4 or 5 hours, but be prepared for the fallout, after the initial hard dry fecal matter is expelled, you're going to go a few more times.
