In 1765, when Anthony Wayne was 20 years old, he was sent to Nova Scotia to survey the land by Benjamin Franklin. When he returned to Philadelphia he married a daughter of a merchant named Mary Penrose and they had 9 children. I can only remember two of the children's names, Hannah and Isaac. Isaac was the child that had Wayne's bones brought to St. David's Church.

I'm trying to figure out what the question is. Michael was Wayne's oldest son. He never had a son named Anthony but his second oldest was a girl named Anthonia. Patrick Wayne was full-brother to Michael and Antonia. I had never heard that any of the Wayne children or grandchildren were ever missing. So I guess the answer is no.
