Go to one island. Go to mount ember. Find two rocket members. Beat them and go into the cave that will be there. Keep going until you find the ruby gem. Get out. Return to the poke centre on one island. Talk to Celio. He will give you a rainvow pass. Go to seven or six island (I can't remember which one). Go south. Find a guy who blocking the way. Now go to four island go to the cave there. Find the elite four member there. Defeat team rocket. Go back to the place where the guy was blocking the door. Use "Cut" on it and it should open. Go in. Tke the correct ways down to the sapphire gem. Then the professer will come in and take it. Then go to the rocket warehouse. Find (on the internet) out how to get to the professer. When you have done that you will vs. 2 or 3 rocket members. After that you will vs. the professer. If you defeat him he will give you the sapphire gem. Go back to Celio. He will thank you. Now go to cerulean cave and it should not be gaured. Hope this helps!

∙ 11y agoGo to One Island and, talk to Celio; finish the "quest" he gives you. After that, you have to beat the Elite Four again (they're much harder this time. Also, if Lorelei isn't there, you have to help her in Icefall Cave on Isle. 4). After you've defeated the Pokemon League for the second time, go back to the Cerulean Cave and the man should be gone; that's where Mewtwo is hidden.
