Define power? Power to do what? Media power? legal power? I mean, he's the guy who controls and manages the military and signs bills if there's too small a margin, but even then the house and senate can overrule him. Ted Turner might have more power, since he controls a lot of TV... He might be but really, it does depend on how you define power. No the president is not the most powerful person in the world because the u.s. senators get to decide if they can overrule the president. Also because if we the people have somebody to sign a document we could over rule the president. the president is the most powerful person in the powerful person in the us.
