A government headed by one leader is typically referred to as a monarchy or a Dictatorship, depending on the nature of the leader's authority. In a monarchy, the leader, often a king or queen, may inherit power and may have varying degrees of authority, from symbolic to absolute. In a dictatorship, a single ruler wields significant control, often without democratic processes, and may impose their will through force or Propaganda. Both systems concentrate power in the hands of one individual.
