Some sites say "Honest Earth Creamy MASH" is the replacement. Just tried it do not bother not even close!
I, too, tried the "Honest Earth All Natural Yukon Gold" mashed potatoes. They are duplicating the packaging and preparation instructions, but they don't turn out as good as the Paradise Valley brand. Mine always came out with little crunchy specks of undissolved potatoes which never happened with the PV brand. The Honest Earth brand is made in USA by Idahoan Foods.
Costco does not handle it anymore in Western Canada anyway
Mashed potatoes come from the underground roots of plants. Farmers remove the potatoes from underground. Then, the potatoes are sold in stores and at farmer's markets. The potatoes are purchased, washed, peeled, sliced, cooked, and mashed with a potato masher or mixer. Also, instant mashed potatoes come from dried potatoes.
If you go to www.yourfoodstore.com and search for Honest Earth, you will find out where the product is sold.
