You can't lose 5 pounds in one day but try losing 2 pounds per week.
Just know it is very unhealthy to lose more than 3 pounds A WEEK!!!! Slow and steady wins the race. Also, if you try to lose weight really fast (Wich you can't anyway) It would go so fast and once you lost all that weight then you woul dstill be just as hungry and it won't help AT ALL!!! That's why Liposuction is another NO because your eating habits will not change


Cannot be done. Losing 5lb a day is insane, even over a week that's extreme. Adjust your diet and start exercising (cardio is really good for weight loss), try and aim for at least a 500 calorie deficit each day throughout the week (7 x 500 calories = 3500 calories = 1 lb). For meal ideas you should search for weight cutting recipes on the internet.
