Hey,self hypnosis is not the solution.. it can lead to other unwanted consequences like depression, starvation, etc.
don't opt for hypnosis. the safest & quickest way is to just eat healthy and exercise. ie- eat small meals every 2-3 hours which contains fruit, veges and protein.. do not eat after 7 pm and drink loads of water and green tea. (really helps) also,an hour of walking or preferably jogging or running every morning will surely do the trick.. in this way you'll be able to burn more calories than you consume and you will lose upto 3 kgs in a week.
You'll wake up yourself.

Self hypnosis is the act of telling yourself something is true (or not) and believeing it. Deep meditation is a form of "Free-thinking" or letting yourself think without limitations or distraction. I can see how you can obscure those two but meditation is completely different from hypnosis even though you are in the same state in bolth!
When you exercise, you feel good about yourself. Exercise long enough, you start to lose weight. Then you really feel good about yourself. The better you feel about how you look, the more self confidence you have

There are several types of hypnosis, each used in different ways: Traditional Hypnosis – This is the classic style where a hypnotist gives direct suggestions to help change behavior or thought patterns. Ericksonian Hypnosis – A more subtle approach that uses storytelling and metaphors, developed by Milton Erickson. It’s gentle but effective. Self-Hypnosis – You guide yourself into a relaxed, focused state—great for stress relief or boosting confidence. Cognitive-Behavioral Hypnosis – Combines hypnosis with CBT techniques to treat things like anxiety, habits, or negative thinking. Stage Hypnosis – This is all about entertainment. Shows like Hyprov bring hypnosis to the stage, mixing it with comedy for a fun, interactive experience. Hypnotherapy – Used by trained professionals to help with deeper issues like trauma, phobias, or chronic pain.
No, cutting yourself does not result in weight loss. Weight loss is achieved through a combination of healthy eating, exercise, and overall lifestyle choices, not through self-harm. If you are struggling with self-harm, it is important to seek help from a mental health professional.

Yes. Hypnosis and self hypnosis have been demonstrated to be useful. Not many rigorous medical studies have been done but there is enough evidence out there to suggest many can benefit. Hypnosis is also good for addressing many conditions that affect blood pressure. for example reducing stress/relaxation, losing weight, stopping smoking and reducing alcohol addiction. I have added a link to a site on self hypnosis which can give you more information.
