Depending on the level of soreness, it is okay to continue playing. General muscle aches are common in sports and the best way to get rid of them is to continue the activity. Be careful that it is just soreness and not an actual injury though. When in doubt, consult a trainer or medical professional.
It really depends which part of you is sore but generally you should always rest and eat plenty of healthy foods until you feel better again. However suppose you have muscle ache in your chest, that shouldn't stop you from working out your back, biceps, abs and lower body. Provided the part which is sore is not needed for the workout you should be okay.

Yes, it is best to work through it so your body moves forward, not backward. If you recover completely, you could be sore again the next time you work out. If you want to take it a bit easier, that is okay, but don't skip a workout completely.
Really sore. if your not used to it.
You should be a good sport, not a sore loser, plus , win or lose fairly
Too much play time!

Because either you have cramps, sore legs or to warm up/down for sport.
You will not get callouses on your fingers until you play to the point they are sore. When they are sore, play anyway. After a week or so, they will have calouses. The longer you play per day, the thicker the calouses become.
Have you had any signs of a canker sore on your body lately?
Cold sores are caused by the herpes virus. It never leaves your body once you get it. Periodically, usually during times of stress, the virus will appear on the surface of the body as a sore.
