Vitamin K is responsible for the clotting of blood..
to help blood clot
to help blood clot
Vitamin K is primarily good for the blood. It helps prevent blood clots as well as strengthen bones. It is good for the circulatory and nervous systems in the body. Vitamin A is primarily good for eyesight and immune functions.
Vitamin B-12 is necessary for the proper formation of red blood cells and transport of oxygen through the body. It is also necessary for neurological health as it forms a necessary component of nerve cell axonal sheathes (myelin).
Because blood carries oxygen around the body, and to the brain. Without oxygen, we die.
That's not how it works. You need the proper amount of every vitamin in order to be healthy.
If you mean a good kind of blood clot, Vitamin K is required. If you mean bad blood clot, I don't know.
Vitamin K is the blood clotting vitamin found in leafy vegetables, cheese, liver, asparagus, and green tea. Foods like coffee, bacon, and green tea do not contain significant amounts of vitamin D; good sources of vitamin D include fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods like milk.
Blood cells, specifically red blood cells, are good at carrying oxygen around the body because they contain a protein called hemoglobin that can bind to oxygen molecules. Hemoglobin is able to pick up oxygen in the lungs and release it to tissues in need of oxygen throughout the body. This allows for efficient transportation of oxygen to cells that need it for energy production.
