If heart rate drops below 60, it is called bradycardia. And, during exercise, the body consumes a lot of energy, to fulfil this requirement of the body, the heart has to pump faster.

In bradycardia, heart beats slowly and it is dangerouse as it might not be able to pump blood for the requirement of tissues especially brain, therefore it is very dangerous to have bradycardia after exercise.
