The modern day complaint that Columbus brought slavery to the New World and that European diseases wiped out untold numbers of Native Americans Slavery was already a pervasive fact of life among Europeans, and especially those in the Arabic world. It existed in Africa, Asia and among Native Americans themselves. To single out Columbus for a world wide problem is not valid. That Europeans brought to the New World diseases that killed untold numbers of Native Americans was not intentional. These diseases had no cures for the peoples in Europe and in fact anywhere in the world at that time. It is unfortunate that these diseases killed so many, however, it was a sad but unavoidable consequence of European exploration in the New World.

Some schools will post fake positive reviews as well. It is best to check with official offices to see what complaints have been filed. It's also not bad to get a general idea from online reviews. Just be sure to really read into them and compare what is being said on various sites. You may even consider talking to actual students from the school, and asking them questions about their experiences.

Do people complain too much?

Some people do, often because it is their nature. Complaints are a valid way to release the stress associated with bothersome situations, or unfair treatment. When complaints are over trivial or uncorrectable situations, they can aggravate others who come in contact with the complainer. A side effect of complaining too much is that when complaints are actually valid and correctable, others are less likely to help correct them.
