Propaganda.
Propaganda was the main thing that the Nazi's used to indoctrinate the German people. They used the media to the fullest through radio, movies, magazines and newspapers. They also used propaganda with posters, signs, mail, and cards.
Education.
To make their propaganda most effective they educated the youth in their universities and schools. Nazi Youth groups were organized at first as patriotic groups but became a breeding ground for the leadership of the Nazi Party, Army and SS.
Social Division.
The Nazi's prided themselves on being a super race, therefore all other races were inferior to them (subhuman). These group gradually had their rites taken away from them, treated harshly and put in ghetto's. The Jews were singled out as one of these groups.
German Patriotism.
After Germany's loss to the Allies in World War I, Germany went into a major depression caused by the treaty forcing Germany to pay for the war. Inflation skyrocketed and poverty gripped Germany. The Nazi Party thrived in this type of climate of disparity. The Nazi's gradually brought pride back to the German people. The Olympics is an example and the taking back the territory that the Allies took from Germany in WWI (Austria & Czechoslovakia) gave Germans a great feeling of patriotism.
he lead the Nazis to victory that's why
After the first World War, Germany was greatly fined by France (They finished paying it off within the last 5 years). Thus plunged Germany into a great debt. Hitler promised to "make Germany great". He rose through Prussia first. beacuse of this, Prussia was dissolved after the war. Hitler used Prussia as a stepping stone into Germany.
Hitler held onto and strengthened his power while in office through the use of an effective propaganda ministry, jailing of any who even considered opposing his beliefs, the use of widespread torture and secret police, disbanding all of the democratic mechanisms that had allowed him to come to power, and by developing Nazi Military Units such as the Schutzstaffel (SS) who had carte blanche authority to impose their will on the citizenry.
He had the law on his side. Former chancellor of Germany Paul von Hindenburg gave Hitler complete control of Germany shortly after he was elected chancellor.
When he relinquished control to Hitler, the Fuhrer quickly made sure that anyone who opposed his new laws would be dealt with, through the use of concentration camps.
It's the machiavellian philosophy. "might makes right" and "the end justifies the means". It's the machiavellian philosophy. "might makes right" and "the end justifies the means".

Hitler took complete power as fuhrer in 1934 and was born in 1889 making him 45 years old.
In 1933 Hitler became Chancellor as his party (the National Socialist German Workers Party) was the biggest in the Reichstag and all the other Chancellors appointed by President Hindenburg had failed. In 1934 President Hindenburg died and Hitler added the power of President to the power he already had as Chancellor, making himself the Fuhrer.

Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in January 1933. This was the rough equivalent of prime minister. There was also a German President, who was the aged WWI hero, Paul von Hindenburg. Hindenburg died in the summer of 1934. At that time Hitler, who had been consolidating his power, with the 80-plus year old Hindenburg too old and sick to pay much attention, announced that he would henceforth also assume the duties of President, and that his new title would be Fuhrer ("leader").

They had a good plan.
On January 30, 1933 Hitler became Chancellor of Germany. On March 23, 1933 the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act. On August 2, 1934 Hitler became the Fuhrer of Germany. Any one of these three events could signify the beginning of the Nazi dictatorship.
Hitler was actually elected by the Reich stag He took power through legal means. But he called originally Chanceller and then called the Fuhrer later on.
Hitlers rise to power was on 1919 where he joined the Deutsche Arbeiterpartie (Nazi party) on 1933 he was called the fuhrer of Germany
Adolf Hitler came to power in 1933 in Germany, the north-central European nation. His ascension into the role of Chancellor was the result of a democratic process, but he and his Nazi followers soon arranged to secure absolute power and to outlaw any competitive political parties in the nation.
