AKO or Army Knowledge Online is a secure information portal operated by the US Army under a .mil internet suffix. It is a heavily regulated and monitored and email account issued by the AKO mail service are also subject to greater then normal controls which may limit the usage of AKO mail to some flagge sites or addresses. Otherwise AKO mail functions the same way as normal email although due to the .mil suffix, it has a tendency to get flagged on the receiving (POP) side.

no. you have to create your own yahoo account. If you know someone's e-mail address and password you can ask them for permission to use their e-mail for something, but you cant just log into a random person's e-mail address. Unless you hack it, which is illegal.
