yes it can definatly be what your eating. Junk foods can make you tired. Eating healthy alternatives and lots of protein can help. If you are feeling shakey while you are exercicing, then eat something like peanut butter toast before you work out or a piece of turkey or something. It can also be the time of day you are woring out or how often. If you arent working out enough you wont see a big difference in energy levels, and working out in the morning will help you have energy thoughout the day and help ypu sleep better, which ofcouse also gives you more energy. Sleep at least 7 hrs, but don't go over 10, it will make you drowsy. If this doesnt help, talk to your doctor why you feel tired, you might have a health problem such as mono or anemia, which can be easily treated.
